We are “in production” an average of 30 hours/week. What we are selling includes ingredients, packaging, all equipment, recipes, developed protocols and paper trails, (for sanitation, recall, organic/vegan certification), established wholesale and brokerage, and purchasing relationships, and tremendous retail and consumer goodwill. Thorough training is also part of what we are selling.
