Mario DiBella decided to return to the Kootenay Region in order to apprentice under his father. Natural beauty and friendly residents also acted as incentives to move back to the area. It soon became clear that a market niche focusing on customer service was not being filled and Mario decided to act on the opportunity.

Mario made his investment a reality by identifying a market niche, by starting out with a small investment and allowing the business to grow over time, and by surrounding himself with like-minded people. Now with between 70-200 employees, Martech Electrical continues to provide exceptional customer service in the field.
