John and Gloria Perry and family moved to Sparwood from Fernie many years ago because of the growth potential the community had to offer.

They opened Alpine Lumber & Building Supplies in 1985, as an independently owned business, and have expanded into an 8000 sq. ft. showroom/warehouse including outside storage. They carry a full line of building products and supplies to meet any new construction and renovation needs.

They have enjoyed their 25 years of being part of the growth in the area and look forward to continue serving the region.
